Skimmed milk powder is used in the animal feed industry for uses such as pet food and pig feed. It is also used as an ingredient for milk substitutes for calves. In the food processing industry examples of uses of skimmed milk powder include production of baked products, chocolate, milk beverages, ice cream and desserts.

STORAGE
