Fatted Whey Powder
Fatted whey milk powder is a low density powder that is obtained from fresh whey which contains vegetable oil (coconut / palm), these ingredients are very much refined and natural. This is used in Ice Creams and bakery products, having 4-10% proteins, 26-80% of Fat, 27-51% minerals.
Partial or full substitution of milk powder and/or fats in many applications:

- Chocolate, Confectionery
- Bakery, Pastry
- Biscuits
- Beverages
